♦ How long is the process? Fast Property Sales usually requires around 7-10 days to exchange contracts, if you need a fast sale. We will keep you fully informed of the progress being made. Sometimes it is convenient for you to exchange contracts, giving the peace of mind that a fully legally-binding contract has been entered, but not completing on the property for up to 6 months, allowing you to coincide the completion with the purchase of your new home.
♦ I am currently being threatened with repossession, can you still help me? We can help you, but you need to call us now, and as long as you have some equity in your property. We offer a rent back scheme where you can quickly sell the property to us and stay in the property as tenants paying rent.

♦ What will it cost me? In a word NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING, we offer a free service and you are under no obligation whatsoever. Fast Property Sales pays all costs incurred with the sale of the property, even your legal fees. However if your home is on with an Estate agent, there may be a cost to them, depending on your agreement with your estate agent, again we would be happy to discuss this with you free of charge.
♦ What kind of prices do you pay for houses? Depending on many factors, for example the type, condition or location of the property, Fast Property Sales will normally require a discount of between 10% and 30% from the market value.
♦ How long is your offer valid for? Our offer is valid for 28 days, it is still possible to pursue our offer after the 28 days, however after this time we reserve the right to review the offer.
